Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from the United States (New York). We ship worldwide.

Order processing

We aim to ship standard paint kits in less than 24 hours. Custom paint kits are made to order and have a longer production and delivery time (see below). Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, the destination, and the shipping method selected.

For standard paint kits:

  • Standard Delivery: typically arrives within 3–7 business days to US and Canadian addresses.
  • Express Delivery: typically arrives within 2–3 business days to US and Canadian addresses.
  • International & EU Delivery: typically arrives within 5–15 business days.

For custom paint kits: usually delivered within 3–5 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on how long customs officials take to process the parcel.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method selected.

  • United States — Standard: free on orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.
  • United States — Express: $6.95 on orders up to $49.99, and $9.95 on orders of $50 or more.
  • Canada — Standard: a flat rate of $7.95 CAD, free on orders over $99. Express available for an additional fee at checkout.
  • Canada — Remote regions (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut): a flat rate of $24.95 CAD. Free shipping does not apply to these regions.
  • International & EU: shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the carrier's live rates.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your order's progress at any time at https://winniespicks.com/a/ordertracking.

International orders, duties & taxes

For international and EU orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy or contact us at hello@winniespicks.com. Damaged items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.
