I had let the original paints from my Dancing Rock PBN kit go dry. I contacted Winnie’s Picks to see if it was possible to purchase fresh paint pots,, to which they replied yes. I sent them pictures of the paint pots as requested and they made a special order for me. 6 weeks later I received the paint pots. The paints arrived fresh. However, they are not a 100% match to the originals. Unfortunately, I noticed this as I began applying the paint for number 18. In the original kit, 18 was a pale blue color. In the new set it is bright yellow. As I inspected each new pot, I realized that in some cases the numbers were mixed up and I was able to find the correct match. In other cases, I did not find a fix. While I’m disappointed, I think I learned my lesson. When you receive a PBN kit start on it right away. Don’t wait until the paint has dried in their pots.
