We want you to love your Winnie's Picks paint-by-numbers kit. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
If you're unhappy with your order, we'll take it back. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact our customer support team at hello@winniespicks.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.
Return shipping fees
Return shipping is charged at $10 for the first kit, and $5 for each additional item returned.
Items that cannot be returned
Because custom paint-by-numbers are made to order, we do not accept returns on these products. That said, if you're not happy with how your painting turns out, we'll be more than happy to remake it and ship it free of charge. Just contact us and we'll see how we can make things right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Order cancellations
Regular kits: We aim to ship regular kits in less than 24 hours, so if you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it. Otherwise, you'll need to return the kit to get a refund (see "Returns" above).
Custom paint-by-numbers: You can cancel a custom order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order moves into production and the following applies:
- While your order is still in the designing phase, you can cancel and be refunded the total amount of your order, minus a flat $10 cancellation fee for one image (to cover the designer's work). Each additional custom artwork canceled adds $5 (e.g. 2 custom orders = $15, 3 = $20, and so on).
- Once your custom order is fully made and ready to ship — or already shipped — we cannot accept cancellations.
Custom paint kits usually take 3–5 weeks to be made and delivered. If delivery takes more than eight weeks, you may apply for a refund.
Lost or damaged packages
Lost packages: If your order is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at hello@winniespicks.com with your order number and any relevant details.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please report it to hello@winniespicks.com within 24 hours of receiving it, including photos of the damaged item(s) or package(s). We'll review the documentation and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
