The Essence of the Christmas Spirit

I finished this painting just in time to enjoy it for the holiday season. It was such a joy to paint, with all the detail both with the children and the interior of the toy store they are eagerly peering in to. As the painting develops, you begin to see the depth of it and the 3D detail that appears as you paint. With some of the fine detail, I definitely feel that this is a more advanced painting. Challenging, but rewarding. If you're looking for the Christmas spirit, start this painting and I guarantee you'll find it.
